Kevin Spencer Beckford is an internationally recognized operations executive, change agent, and anti-racist strategist with leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and academic sectors. A former SVP Chief People Officer at GRYT Health and DEI leader at the University of Rochester, he also served on the Pittsford Town Board—the first African American elected in its 200+ year history.
